As a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience, I have been extensively involved in a diverse range of engineering projects. My areas of expertise encompass project management, design, and construction across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Additionally, I have specialized knowledge in electrical distribution systems, solar energy solutions, automation technologies, and cybersecurity measures.
Education and Certifications
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Professional Engineer license from the State Board. I am certified as a Photovoltaic Systems Designer, with additional credentials including PMP training. With over 20 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Information Technology (IT), including Artificial Intelligence. I also bring 15 years of expertise implementing cybersecurity strategic programs. My training includes Photovoltaic Systems, Commercial and Residential Electrical Design, Megawatt-Scale PV System Design, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
